OverviewUshering in the new.
The time when the city was opening new hotels by the dozens. The brief was to create a property that stood out on all aspects. The challenge was to plan the interiors of a hotel out of a showroom and office building.
Minimalist interior design, unconventional engineering and a client with an open mind lead to creating a swank, post modern all day dining. The rooms were compact, and hence the sleek straight lined approach to design and lighting created an amazing guest experience. The roof top restaurant “Gufha” teleported the guest in to the caves in the wilderness and became the most sought after dining destination in the south pdf the city.
Overall the property became a landmark in the south of Bangalore, ensuring an elation for the investor, operator and guest.

The objective was to create an interesting dining spot on the open terrace. Partnering with Fibre Re-enforced plactic (FRP) specialists, the ideation of creating the illusion of caves was derived. The design team travelled to various parts of some of the caves in the forests of wayanad to finalise the shape and form of the caves. The moulds were derived from these caves and converged into the dining space. A truly unique dining experience.
